Pace Property Management is seeking a Landscaping Foreman / Skid Loader Operator to lead landscaping, mowing, and hardscape projects across our residential and multifamily properties.
This position combines field leadership, equipment operation, and project management. The foreman will oversee landscaping crews, operate heavy equipment, manage hardscape installations, and maintain company equipment.
The ideal candidate is hands-on, mechanically inclined, and capable of completing projects efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesLandscaping Operations
- Lead landscaping crews performing mowing, trimming, edging, mulching, and seasonal cleanup
- Ensure properties are maintained to professional standards
- Schedule and prioritize work across multiple properties
- Train and supervise landscaping crew members
Hardscape Project Management
- Plan and execute hardscape projects including:
- Retaining walls
- Paver patios
- Walkways
- Drainage systems
- Stone and landscape installations
- Coordinate materials, equipment, and labor
- Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within scope
Equipment Operation
Operate and maintain landscaping and construction equipment including:
- Skid loader
- Mini excavator
- Compact tractors
- Mowers and zero-turn equipment
- Dump trailers and trucks
Equipment Maintenance
- Perform mechanical maintenance and basic repairs on equipment
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues with mowers and small engines
- Maintain preventative maintenance schedules
Property Improvements
- Assist with grading, drainage improvements, and site preparation
- Install landscape features such as edging, rock beds, and plantings
- Support property improvement projects across the portfolio
Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years landscaping or construction experience
- Experience operating skid loaders or compact equipment
- Experience supervising field crews
- Hardscape installation experience (pavers, walls, grading)
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Mechanical ability to maintain landscaping equipment
- Strong work ethic and reliability

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
