Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and skilled HVAC Technician/Installer with 3-5 year minimum experience to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and related mechanical systems. Responsibilities
- Install new HVAC systems, including ductwork, thermostats, and related components following schematics and HVAC design plans
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on heating and cooling syatems to ensure optimal operation
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC/R equipment
- Conduct plumbing work related to HVAC systems, including condensate drain lines and refrigerant piping
- Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and blueprints to accurately diagnose issues
- Service property maintenance tasks involving air conditioning units, heat pumps, gas furnaces and other mechanical equipment
- Maintain detailed records of service calls, repairs performed, parts used, and system performance
Skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in HVAC installation and repair
- Proven field service experience working with HVAC/R systems
- Ability to read schematics and understand HVAC design principles
- Knowledge of plumbing systems related to refrigeration and air conditioning units
- Skilled in equipment repair techniques including welding and component replacement
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience as a <PERSON> driver preferred
- Familiarity with electrical testing tools such as ohmmeters and troubleshooting electrical issues
- Ability to work independently in property maintenance settings while adhering to safety standards

Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
