Private suite rent opportunities available! Welcome to Bella Donna & Company, we are located on the corner of Pat Booker Rd and 1604 Access Rd. We strive to provide a serine and professional environment with our multi service salon and med spa. We are in search of a wide variety of renters for our private suites (6 month and 1 year lease agreements are available, prices may vary) *Applicants must have a valid Esthetician License or Barbering & Cosmetology License*. Suites available for Hairstylist, Estheticians, Lash techs, Manicurist/Nail technician, Head Spa Professional, Massage Therapist, Wellness Services, Waxing/Sugaring specialist, Permanent makeup/Tattoo artist. We are open to any other wellness, health and beauty services you provide *at the Owner's discretion*.
Suite rent amenities*
Private Suite with/without floor to ceiling windows.
Access to shampoo bowls and Salon shampoo, Towels, brushes/combs, supplies and shampoo product backbar.
Access to Salon massage and pedicure stations.
Access to Salon color bar and chemical products *if needed* ( Renters may provide their own color and chemical products in wanted).
Access to Salon washer and dryer + breakroom amenities.
Opportunities available for hands on and "in Salon" trainings, as well as educational classes held at the Salon.
Access to front desk services and booking/payment system (Square Booking). Suite renters are allowed to use their own booking and payment system if requested!
Full access to salon 24 hours, 7 days a week. Private access code, CREATE YOUR OWN SCHEDULE!
Rent and Responsibilities*
$175- $200 *Weekly rent* Rent is due Every Tuesday of each week Via automatic bank withdrawal. Tennent's must have a valid bank checking account and routing number available when signing lease contract.
6 month and 12 month leasing available. Multi-Year leasing available *Pricing at Owner discretion*
Tennent's are allowed to customize their private suites however they like to represent their business, and may provide their own furniture if wanted!
Tennent's are expected to provide a clean and safe environment for their clients, as well as the salon clients and staff. Helping with salon cleanliness when you have time and maintaining a clean suite and professional environment for all staff and clients.
