Overview
Join The Roaming Coyote Food Truck team as a Food Truck Staff member, where you will play a crucial role in delivering delicious Tex-Mex tacos, burritos, and bowls and exceptional service to our customers. This position requires a passion for food and customer interaction, as well as the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for food preparation, serving customers, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and standards.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the food truck.
- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers warmly and taking their orders efficiently.
- Assist in managing inventory levels and restocking supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy service periods.
- Maintain a positive attitude while working in a dynamic environment.
Experience
Ideal candidates will have experience in the following areas:
- Food safety practices and regulations.
- Previous roles in Food Trucks, grocery stores, cafés, restaurants, or food service environments.
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during peak hours.
- Cash handling experience, including operating cash registers and processing payments.
- A strong commitment to providing excellent customer service and fostering a welcoming atmosphere.
