Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Mechanical Design Engineer to join our engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing equipment for the AG and constructions industries.
Duties
- Develop comprehensive mechanical designs using SolidWorks.
- Prepare and review schematics, system layouts, and manufacturing drawings to ensure proper fit and form without having interferences.
- Utilize simulation tools FEA (Finite Element Analysis) to validate designs under various operational conditions.
- Support manufacturing processes by providing technical guidance on welding and assembly procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications in quantum engineering or system design are a plus.
- Proven experience with CAD tools such as SolidWorks and Creo for mechanical design development.
- Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles, including drafting, BOM's, and materials selection based on ASME codes & standards.
- Hands-on experience with FEA software.
- Knowledge of manufacturing techniques including CNC machining and welding.
- Ability to perform root cause analysis on complex mechanical issues using systematic troubleshooting methods.
- Excellent project scheduling skills to manage multiple design projects efficiently while meeting deadlines. All roles are paid positions designed to attract passionate professionals.
Pay: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
