American Driver is hiring CDL A drivers in Florence, SC. Florence sits at the crossroads of I-95 and I-20 — one of the most active freight intersections on the East Coast — making it a prime location for drivers running Eastern OTR lanes.
New drivers are welcome. If you have your Class A CDL and have completed your school hours, we have a fully paid training program ready for you.
Training:

4–6 weeks fully paid with a dedicated mentor

Live freight from day one — real loads, real routes

ELD, HOS, inspections, and daily operations all covered

Weekly pay throughout training

Solo at $0.56 CPM after completion
What the Job Looks Like:

No-touch dry van freight

About 60% drop and hook
-
2,200–2,500 miles per week

Eastern routes with consistent year-round freight

Day and night dispatch
Pay:

$0.56–$0.65 CPM based on experience

Most drivers earn $1,200–$1,500 weekly

Stop, layover, and breakdown pay included

Six-month pay increase

$300 orientation pay

Weekly direct deposit
Home Time:

Every two weeks on a planned, consistent schedule
