Foreman
Automation Personnel Services seeks a is seeking an experienced Foreman to lead daily shop operations, supervise employees, maintain safety and quality standards, and ensure projects are completed on schedule. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with excellent communication skills, experience managing teams, and the ability to oversee workflow, inventory, and project execution.
Pay Rate
$32 per hour
Schedule and Hours
M-Th 7am -5:30 pm
Foreman Duties and Responsibilities

Supervise daily shop operations and employee productivity.

Assign tasks and monitor project progress to meet deadlines
-
Enforce safety policies and conduct regular safety meetings.

Inspect work quality and ensure compliance with project specifications.

Manage inventory, materials, tools, and equipment needs.
-
Serve as the main liaison between shop employees and management.

Coordinate workflow, resolve workplace issues, and maintain a positive work environment.

Assist crews as needed and support project completion
Foremen Qualifications and Requirements
-
Experience leading shop, fabrication, manufacturing, or construction teams.

Strong knowledge of workplace safety practices and PPE compliance.

Ability to read and interpret project drawings and specifications.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Strong attention to quality control and production standards.

Ability to manage inventory, materials, and project resources.
-
Dependable, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Must maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work area
