Description:
Winvian, a luxury Relais & Châteaux resort in the Litchfield Hills of Connecticut, is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. This role assists the Housekeeping Assistant Manager in overseeing daily housekeeping operations, supervising and training staff, maintaining inventory levels, and ensuring our cottages and facilities meet the highest standards of cleanliness and guest service.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise, train, and coach housekeeping team members

Assist with daily housekeeping operations and cottage inspections

Maintain housekeeping inventory and supplies

Ensure company policies, procedures, and maintain Winvian cleanliness standards

Communicate effectively with management and other departments

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of hospitality experience preferred

Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
