We’re expanding in Oklahoma City and bringing on a Junior Event Manager to help run and grow community-based campaigns for nonprofit partners.
This is an Junior Event Manager role with a clear focus: learn how events operate, how teams stay organized in real time, and how outreach translates into results. You won’t be watching from the sidelines; as a Junior Event Manager, you’ll be part of the setup, the execution, and the follow-through from day one.
What you’ll be doing day-to-day as an Junior Event Manager:
- Represent nonprofit campaigns at events as an Junior Event Manager
- Support setup, coordination, and breakdown of event spaces
- Help keep team members organized and on pace throughout the day
- Step in to guide communication and maintain consistency across interactions
- Track engagement and assist in improving overall event flow
- Work closely with other Junior Event Manager team members to keep execution strong
