Position Summary
We are seeking friendly, detail-oriented Member Service Representatives who enjoy helping others and providing outstanding service. In this role, you’ll be the face of our credit union—building relationships, assisting with financial needs, and creating a positive experience during every interaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist members in person, by phone, or electronically in a professional manner
- Process financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals, check processing, transfers, and loan payments
- Open new accounts and explain credit union products and services
- Resolve member inquiries and concerns with professionalism and care
- Promote financial wellness by educating members on available resources
- Maintain accurate records and comply with all policies and regulations
Qualifications
- Experience working with the public in face-to-face customer service environments
- Experience handling cash and check payments
- Previous experience as a credit union or bank teller desirable
- Experience working in a role requiring customer service problem solving
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to confidentiality and ethical standards
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in finance or business a plus.
