This new boutique represents an exciting milestone for our company and a continued commitment to delivering the world-class standards and service associated with the Rolex brand. We are seeking passionate, service-driven professionals who are excited to be part of this landmark opportunity and help bring the Diamond Cellar experience to Houston.
What will you do as the Boutique Host?
The Receptionist (Boutique Host) serves as the first impression of the boutique, setting the tone for an exceptional and elevated client experience. This role is responsible for managing guest flow through the boutique’s queue system, delivering refined hospitality, and supporting the sales team in creating seamless and memorable presentations. The ideal candidate embodies professionalism, warmth, and precision, with a natural ability to anticipate client needs and uphold the highest standards of luxury service.
Welcome all clients with warmth and professionalism, ensuring an immediate sense of hospitality and exclusivity.
Manage the boutique entry experience, including operating the door system and coordinating guest flow through the queue system.
Serve as the primary point of contact, thoughtfully directing clients to appropriate Sales Advisors based on needs and availability.
Support Sales Advisors by facilitating client introductions and assisting in the transition into sales presentations.
Answer and manage incoming calls with professionalism, efficiency, and proper routing.
Maintain accurate and organized client records through data entry and system updates.
Partner with Store Leadership on administrative tasks and special projects.
Oversee the presentation of hospitality offerings, ensuring beverages and refreshments are consistently stocked, pristine, and aligned with brand standards.
Maintain the boutique’s front-of-house environment, ensuring all common areas remain immaculate, organized, and client-ready at all times.
Assist with daily opening and closing procedures, ensuring operational readiness and closure standards are met.
Proactively anticipate client needs, delivering thoughtful and personalized service throughout the visit.
Support the sales team as needed to enhance overall efficiency and elevate the client journey.
Uphold all company standards, policies, and Rolex brand expectations with consistency and integrity.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
What are we looking for in a Boutique Host?
Previous experience in reception, hospitality, or luxury retail preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both in person and over the phone
Professional appearance and demeanor
Must be available to work on weekends
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
Proficiency with basic computer systems and data entry
