Duties
- Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments using pallet jacks, and RF scanners to ensure proper handling and storage of goods
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with precision using order pickers and inventory management software to meet delivery deadlines
- Maintain accurate inventory records through data entry and warehouse management systems, ensuring stock levels are up-to-date
- Organize warehouse space efficiently by stocking shelves, consolidating products, and managing storage locations for optimal accessibility
- Assist with shipping logistics including labeling, packaging, and coordinating with carriers to facilitate timely deliveries
- Conduct regular inventory counts and audits to verify stock accuracy and support trade compliance standards for international trade regulations
Requirements
- Prior experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers is highly preferred
- Familiarity with inventory management software, and MS Office tools
- Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for inventory counts and order processing
- Proven skills in shipping & receiving procedures, order fulfillment, picking & packing, and stock management
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail for maintaining precise records in warehouse systems
- Excellent customer service mindset with the ability to communicate effectively within a team environment
- Our hours are 9-4, however we prefer someone with availablility beginning at 9am
