Medical Office
Intake Coordinator - Full Time Position in a large private specialty practice located in Wyomissing. This position would intake all new patients and verify insurance benefits. Experience with insurance verification and Availity a plus. You must be comfortable with the computer and on the phone. Qualified candidate will be able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
Qualifications
- Medical administrative support
- Patient service experience
- Office experience, including front desk duties
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and medical records management
- Experience with Availity, PEAR, ECHO, and other insurance verification sites methods is helpful but not required.
