Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Person to join our team at AmericInn. This role is essential in ensuring our facilities are well-maintained and operational, contributing to a positive experience for our guests. Located in a vibrant community, this position plays a critical role in upholding our commitment to quality.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition.
- Respond to guest requests for maintenance assistance with professionalism and efficiency.
- Document maintenance activities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.
- Strong understanding of building systems including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Strong communication skills in English.
