Key Responsibilities:

Provide supervision and ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times

Assist in implementing daily lesson plans and classroom activities

Follow Head Start Performance Standards and program policies

Communicate effectively with staff and program leadership
Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED required

Experience working with young children preferred

Ability to be flexible and adapt to different classroom settings

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Must pass required background checks
