Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close ensuring accurate, GAAP-compliant reporting
Maintain the general ledger, chart of accounts, and accounting policies
Oversee AP and AR operations including billing, cash application, and vendor payments
Monitor and improve working capital metrics such as DSO, DPO, and cash conversion cycle
Serve as the accounting lead for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain, optimizing system usage, workflows, and reporting
Maintain strong internal controls and audit readiness
Support process improvements and scalable accounting operations as the company grows
Lead, coach, and develop the accounting, AP, and AR teams
Partner cross-functionally with leadership, finance, operations, and IT
