Job Types: Part-Time, Per Visit
Pay Type: $52 to $55 Hourly (not per visit/per diem)
Location: Driving to patients' homes
Service Coverage Area: Corona/ Chino

Visits patients to assess and evaluate patient’s status.

Initiates the plan of care and makes revisions as needed.

Administers medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.

Provides health care instructions to the patient & family.

Completes accurate clinical notes in electronic EHR.

Works in cooperation with the family/caregiver.

CA RN License

CPR/BLS certification

At least 1 year of Nursing Home Health Experience
