Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Esthetician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in skincare treatments and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As an Esthetician, you will be responsible for delivering a variety of beauty services, including facials, body waxing, and lash extension ( If capable), while ensuring clients feel relaxed and valued. Your expertise in product demonstrations and upselling will enhance the overall client experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional skincare treatments, including facials, body waxing with soft wax (experienced waxer preferred), and lash extension.
- Conduct thorough skin assessments to recommend appropriate treatments and products.
- Perform product demonstrations to educate clients on skincare routines and product benefits.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Build strong relationships with clients by delivering outstanding customer service.
- Upsell additional services and products based on client needs and preferences.
- Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and new products to enhance service offerings.
- Manage social media accounts to promote services, engage with clients, and showcase results.
Requirements
- Valid esthetician or cosmetologist license as required by state regulations.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming environment.
- Experience in body waxing, is preferred but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of cosmetology principles is a plus.
- Ability to perform product demos effectively to educate clients on usage.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Experience in hospitality or related fields is advantageous.
- A proactive approach to upselling services and products.

Projected Total Compensation: $12.00 - $26.00 per hour
