Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Order Picker/Packer to join our dynamic warehouse team. Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick orders using RF scanners and order picker equipment to ensure accuracy and speed.
- Pack items securely using appropriate packaging materials, maintaining quality control standards.
- Load and unload shipments with heavy equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and other mechanical tools.
- Manage stock levels by stocking shelves accurately and replenishing inventory as needed.
- Conduct shipping and receiving tasks, verifying incoming goods against purchase orders and documentation.
- Operate warehouse management systems to track inventory movements and update order statuses in real-time.
- Perform regular quality checks on products to ensure they meet safety and quality standards before dispatching.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in warehouse operations, including order picking, packing, shipping & receiving, or similar roles.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners for efficient inventory control.
- Ability to operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and other mechanical tools safely and effectively.
- Strong mechanical knowledge related to materials handling equipment operation.
- Prior experience with warehouse supervision or leadership is a plus but not required.
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting, load & unload shipments, and stand for extended periods.
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order fulfillment and quality control processes.

Pay: $20.30 - $24.40 per hour
