DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Complete JSA / SOP / Lock Out Tag Out
- Read a tape measure to 1/16” (if coordinating materials, or working in Afterworks)
- Check the Panel and Stile type, Bevel or Book and Door count
- Check the door length, width, thickness, and specs
- Check the first and last door using the Mill Copy
- Able to do the tooling and calibration
- Stand for long periods of time up to 10hrs a day
- Able to perform repetitive work up to 10hrs a day
- Able to help in other departments as needed
- Lifting materials up to 50lbs
- Working with small hand tools such as sanders and routers
- Must be able to keep up with plant production run rates
- Able to Work overtime and weekends when necessary
- Read and understand the Work Orders (30days) (Press Tickets / Mill Copies)
a) Learn all materials in Door construction (30days)
b) Accurate Counting of materials

- Able to Work Overtime
- Able to Work Weekends
- Attention to detail, problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Must have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
