Position Overview:
We are currently seeking Bilingual Production Packers to join our production team. This role is essential in ensuring that finished products are accurately packed, labeled, and prepared for shipment in compliance with company and food safety standards. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, dependable, and capable of working effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sort and package food products on an assembly line into designated containers, bags, or trays.
- Seal containers and apply labels with accurate product information, weight, and shipping details.
- Inspect products for quality assurance and remove defective items from the production line.
- Maintain appropriate inventory of packaging materials and supplies at the workstation.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines, keeping the work area clean and compliant.
- Accurately prepare and organize packaged goods for shipment or delivery.
- Safely operate equipment such as pallet jacks to move packaged products to designated areas.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual proficiency (required).
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in labeling, sorting, and product inspection.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks and remain standing for extended periods.
- Physical capability to lift and move boxes as needed.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe, clean, and compliant work environment.
