What You'll Do
- Knock on doors and meet homeowners.
- Start conversations about solar and roofing.
- Set appointments for our sales team.
- Learn the fundamentals of communication, confidence, and sales.
- Train alongside experienced mentors while preparing to become a closer.

Performance-Based Commission
Starting compensation is typically $2,500–$3,500 per sale, with opportunities to earn even more as you grow into higher commission levels and leadership roles.
Our average sales representative closes 4–5 deals per month, with top performers consistently exceeding that.
There is no cap on your income.
