SoKo Kitchen & Cocktails is opening soon in Kona, and we're building a bar program we're genuinely excited about — a creative, ambitious cocktail menu that's going to turn some heads. We'll train you on every build, every technique, and every story behind the drinks. But here's the deal: you've got to come in already knowing your way around a bar.
What we're looking for:
- Solid bartending experience — you're comfortable in the weeds and know how to keep your cool
- Real cocktail knowledge: spirits, classic builds, balance, technique
- Speed, accuracy, and a great attitude when it's busy
- Someone who genuinely loves hospitality and making people's night
- Reliable, team-oriented, and ready to be part of something from the ground up
