Ares Management Group is hiring a full-time Business Development Assistant to support our Verizon FiOS campaign throughout the Virginia Beach area.
This Business Development Assistant position is designed for ambitious individuals who want hands-on experience in sales, customer acquisition, leadership development, and business operations. As a Business Development Assistant, you'll work directly with residential customers while learning how successful client campaigns are managed and grown.
What You'll Do as a Business Development Assistant
- Meet with residential customers to discuss Verizon FiOS services
- Generate new customer acquisitions and contribute to sales goals
- Build strong customer relationships through face-to-face interactions
- Learn territory management and campaign strategy
- Track sales performance metrics and business results
- Participate in Business Development Assistant training and development
- Assist with leadership and team-building initiatives
- Develop professional communication and sales skills
What We're Looking For in a Business Development Assistant
- Degree in Business, Communications, Entrepreneurship, Finance, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Internship, leadership, athletics, or campus involvement is a plus
