We are seeking a Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of a residential apartment community in Calera, OK.
This role is ideal for someone who takes ownership of their property, leads with confidence, and takes pride in delivering strong operational and financial performance.
This position is a hands on role. Operating with one manager and one maintenance tech, with direct support from regional leadership.
The Property Manager is responsible for the overall success of the community including operations, leasing, financial performance, team leadership, and resident satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership
- Lead and support onsite team members
- Create a positive, accountable team culture
- Set clear expectations and maintain high performance standards
Operations
- Oversee daily operations of the community
- Ensure work orders, resident requests, and leasing activity are handled efficiently
- Maintain strong curb appeal and property standards through routine inspections
Leasing & Occupancy
- Drive leasing activity and maintain strong occupancy
- Monitor traffic, follow-up, and conversion to maximize results
- Support marketing and outreach efforts
Financial Performance
- Manage rent collections, delinquency, and expense control
- Maintain accurate reporting and property records
- Utilize property management software to track performance
Resident Experience
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong resident relationships
- Address concerns professionally and in a timely manner
- Foster a welcoming and well-managed community environment
Compliance
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies
- Maintain accurate and organized documentation
Qualifications
- Property management experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience with AppFolio or similar property management software preferred
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Job Details
Position: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday – Friday (with occasional evenings or weekends as needed)
