The Betty Brow Co. is seeking an experienced, motivated, and career-minded Esthetician/Lash Artist to join our growing team at our beautiful new Ocala location.

Job Overview
As an Esthetician at The Betty Brow Co., you will provide a variety of beauty and skincare services while helping clients feel confident and beautiful. We are searching for individuals who are dependable, organized, professional, and capable of maintaining a high standard of service and cleanliness.
Lash Extension experience is highly preferred and currently one of our greatest hiring needs. Additional training and mentorship can be provided for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Perform Lash Extension services
- Provide Facial Waxing services
- Perform Brow Shaping, Brow Tinting, and Brow Lamination services
- Perform Lash Lift and Tint services
- Provide customized facial and skincare treatments
- Conduct thorough client consultations
- Educate clients on home care and retail products
- Maintain treatment rooms and common areas to company cleanliness standards
- Assist with appointment scheduling and client communication when needed
- Create and maintain professional social media content showcasing your work
- Build and retain a loyal clientele through exceptional customer service
- Work efficiently within scheduled appointment times
- Contribute positively to our team culture and client experience
Qualifications
- Active Florida Facial Specialist or Esthetician License
- Previous hands-on experience in the beauty industry
- Lash Extension experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable transportation
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable being photographed and featured on social media
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
