Administrative Assistant
Pay: $18–22 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
Location: Greer, SC (In Person)

ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for an Administrative Assistant who loves organization, follows through on commitments, and enjoys helping a busy office stay productive.
This role supports both our Accounting and Office Operations teams. Approximately half of your time will be spent supporting Accounts Receivable activities, while the other half will focus on office operations, onboarding support, technology coordination, records management, and administrative projects.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating order, learning new systems, solving problems, and taking ownership of important responsibilities.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Accounts Receivable Support (Approximately 50% of the Role)
- Generate and send customer invoices
- Process and record payments
- Follow up on outstanding balances
- Track payment status and maintain accurate AR records
- Assist with AR reporting and account tracking
- Identify discrepancies and overdue accounts
- Follow established accounting processes with accuracy and consistency
Office Operations & Technology Support
- Support daily office operations and administrative needs
- Coordinate office supplies, inventory, and vendor orders
- Assist with onboarding logistics and new hire setup
- Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems
- Support basic technology needs including Microsoft Teams, logins, printers, office equipment, and software access
- Troubleshoot routine office and technology issues
- Help identify and solve small problems before they become larger ones
