Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the team chair for elementary school psychological services
- Lead and facilitate team meetings to ensure collaborative problem-solving and comprehensive student support
- Manage an elementary caseload, providing assessment, intervention, and counseling services
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and administrators to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Maintain clear and thorough documentation of all interventions and recommendations
- Work fully onsite, fostering face-to-face relationships with students and staff
- Ensure compliance with both state and federal educational guidelines
Qualifications & Experience:
- Active certification as a school psychologist
- Experience working with elementary-aged students strongly preferred
- Proven ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with colleagues and families
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities
- Experience running or facilitating team meetings or IEP teams
