About Us:
Bollywood Bites is an authentic Indian restaurant bringing bold flavors and a fun dining experience to Pueblo located in FUEL & IRON FOOD HALL. We’re looking for a reliable, energetic, and friendly team member who can multitask and help us provide great service to our guests.
Position Overview:
We’re seeking a motivated individual who can handle both front and back-of-house responsibilities. You’ll primarily manage the cashier/register area while also assisting with basic kitchen prep and support tasks when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and take orders accurately (in-person and phone orders).
- Operate the POS system and handle cash/card transactions.
- Assist in food preparation (cutting, packaging, plating, etc.).
- Maintain cleanliness in both front and kitchen areas.
- Help with restocking and organizing supplies.
- Ensure excellent customer service and teamwork.
Qualifications:
- Prior restaurant or customer service experience preferred, but not required.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
