Responsibilities
- Oversee daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations
- Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and shift performance
- Ensure smooth service flow and customer satisfaction
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally
- Monitor labor costs and help improve efficiency
- Maintain food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards
- Train new employees and maintain team discipline
- Manage inventory, ordering, and supplier coordination
- Coordinate with delivery platforms and catering orders
- Support sales growth and promotional activities
Qualifications
- Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of kitchen management practices and quick service fast food restaurant operations.
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of POS systems and basic financials
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Marketing skills preferred
- Speaking Chinese is a plus, but not required
