Job Summary
Pearl & Hoyt is seeking energetic and results-driven Sales Representatives to join our dynamic team. This is an entry-level opportunity for individuals who are eager to develop professional communication, sales and leadership skills through hands-on experience and structured training.
In this role, you'll represent nationally recognized brands inside established retail locations, build meaningful customer relationships, and contribute directly to client growth through in-person customer acquisition. You'll receive comprehensive training, ongoing mentorship, and a clear path for advancement based on your performance.
Pearl & Hoyt is an A+ BBB-accredited sales and leadership development firm representing nationally recognized brands throughout New Jersey, with our headquarters located in Holmdel, NJ.
What You'll Do
- Represent and sell on behalf of nationally recognized brands inside established retail locations
- Build customer relationships and educate them on products and services
- Develop communication, sales and leadership skills through hands-on training and mentorship
- Track customer and sales activity using Salesforce CRM
- Collaborate with a goal-oriented team to achieve individual and team performance objectives

Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus
- Bachelor's degree is preferred, but not required
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
