As a Medical Assistant - Float, you'll provide compassionate, high-quality care to adult and pediatric patients while supporting physicians, physician assistants, staff nurses, and clinic leadership across our Denver Metro clinics. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a collaborative environment, is adaptable, and takes pride in delivering an exceptional patient experience.

Provide direct patient care and assist providers during patient visits

Room patients and prepare them for examinations and treatments

Deliver an exceptional patient experience through compassionate, professional service

Demonstrate proficiency in Medical Assistant clinical skills and clinic procedures

Complete Clinic Assistant I & II competencies within 120 days and Clinic Assistant III competencies within the first year

Accurately utilize electronic medical records and computer systems

Cross-train to support front office operations, including:

Answering phones
-
Patient check-in and check-out
-
Scheduling appointments
-
Insurance verification and billing support
-
Maintain compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and company policies
-
Collaborate effectively with providers and teammates across multiple clinic locations

Demonstrate professionalism, flexibility, initiative, and a positive attitude

Perform additional duties as needed to support patient care and clinic operations
