The Patient Care Coordinator is responsible for driving revenue and scheduling procedures with qualified patients through client follow up, consultation, education and outreach. - BA/ BS Required
- At least 3 years of relevant sales experience

BASIC PATIENT CARE COORDINATOR RESPONSIBILITIES

- SPECIFIC PATIENT CARE COORDINATOR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Implement strategic sales initiatives to maximize revenue and expand the patient base
- Consistently achieve conversion and closing ratio goals
- Passionate and knowledgeable about all cosmetic surgical / nonsurgical procedures, physician, nurse injector and practice
- Respond to and monitor high volume of incoming patient inquiries (phone calls, emails, social media inquiries, internet submissions, etc) in a timely manner
- Routinely follow up with potential patients as appropriate with the intent of generating additional patient encounters and to encourage patient’s consideration of future services
- Add all new inquires to NexTech software and email list
- Patiently and thoroughly answer patient questions about surgical / nonsurgical options, help set realistic expectations regarding outcomes, informatively and compassionately respond to patient concerns
- Greet patients and visitors, maintaining patient flow
- Generate quote and discuss surgery costs with patients at consultation and facilitate a commitment to proceed
- Discuss financing options with patients and assist in qualifying patient
- Follow up with patients during their decision making process and post procedures in a methodical and consistent manner
- Schedule surgery and in office procedures efficiently, working with hospitals, physician and patients
- Track and record monthly metrics by procedure with explanation for results and future strategies for improvement
- Review and support patient referrals and create rewards / events to nurture brand loyalty
- Develop relationships with vendors
- Cross sell skin care products and non-surgical procedures
- Responsible for coordinating, driving attendance to and executing aesthetic events, including but not limited to daytime product specials and evening open houses
- Ambassador within the community for building new and maintaining relationships with local businesses and referring physicians
- Work collaboratively with Physician, Nurse Injector, Practice Manager and colleagues
