$2,000 – $2,400 per week

Requirements:
- Valid CDL-A License
- Minimum 2 year of verifiable 18-wheeler / semi-truck driving experience
- Must be 21 years of age or older
Duties
- Safely operate tractor-trailers with manual transmission across diverse routes, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations
- Load and unload freight using appropriate equipment such as forklifts or roll-off trucks when necessary
- Manage route driving efficiently to meet delivery schedules while maintaining fuel efficiency and safety standards
- Transport a variety of cargo including refrigerated goods, flatbed loads, tankers, or specialized freight with precision and care
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations
- Communicate effectively with dispatch to coordinate pickups, deliveries, and route adjustments as needed
- Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, delivery records, and vehicle maintenance reports
Skills
- Proven experience in truck driving with a focus on commercial driving operations
- Proficiency in operating manual transmission trucks and understanding of vehicle controls
- Familiarity with handling refrigerated trailers, flatbeds, tankers, dump trucks, and roll-off trucks
- Ability to load & unload freight safely using forklifts or other equipment when required
- Strong knowledge of route planning and route driving best practices for efficiency and safety
- Excellent driving skills with a clean record and adherence to safety standards
- Physical ability to perform vehicle inspections and assist with freight handling as needed
