Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Task Force Food and Beverage Manager to lead our diverse food service operations across multiple venues. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily restaurant and bar activities, ensure exceptional customer experiences, and maintain high standards of food safety, quality, and service. Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate food and beverage operations across various outlets, including casual dining, fine dining, catering, bars, and quick-service venues.
- Supervise staff training, development, and performance management to ensure team members deliver exceptional customer service.
- Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, stock rotation, and minimizing waste to optimize profitability.
- Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, sales tracking, and reporting.
- Conduct shift management duties including scheduling staff shifts, supervising daily operations, resolving guest concerns promptly, and maintaining a lively yet organized environment.
- Assist in budgeting efforts by monitoring expenses related to food costs, labor costs, and operational supplies.
- Promote a positive team culture through ongoing training & development initiatives while fostering leadership among staff members.
Experience
- Proven management experience within the food service industry with a strong background in restaurant or hospitality management.
- Extensive knowledge of fine dining operations, forbes standards and luxury hospitality
- Hands-on experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; cash handling expertise is essential.
- Demonstrated supervisory experience with staff training & development responsibilities.
- Familiarity with inventory control practices including ordering procedures and waste reduction strategies.
- Background in managing fast-paced environments like quick-service restaurants or banquet settings is highly desirable.
Pay: $75,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
