We are seeking a dynamic and organized Office Assistant to join our team! This energetic role is vital in ensuring the smooth operation of daily office functions, providing exceptional support to staff and visitors alike.
Responsibilities:
- Take phone calls and communicate any issues to manager.
- Communicate with tenants as needed
- Assist with correspondence
- Maintain files and records
- Order and maintain office supplies
- Use office equipment such as copy machines, printers and computers
- Other duties as assigned or requested
Requirements:
- Strong administrative, organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize work
- Must have a strong attention to detail
- Strong clerical skills including filing, proofreading, and document management
- Professional and ability to keep information confidential
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
- Exceptional communication skills both verbally and in writing
- Innovative problem solver
- Resourceful team player who excels in building professional and personal relationships
- Ability to multi-task
