Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in a dynamic fine dining environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests enjoy their meals and have a memorable dining experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system.
- Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials, and assist guests with selections through effective upselling techniques.
- Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables while maintaining high standards of presentation.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate food preparation and special requests are met.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal, addressing any concerns promptly and professionally.
- Process payments efficiently while handling cash and credit transactions accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for incoming guests.
- Stay informed about menu changes, new offerings, and restaurant policies to provide knowledgeable service.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant or fine dining setting is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong math skills for accurate order processing and handling payments.
- Excellent guest relations skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Familiarity with OpenTable or similar reservation systems is a plus.
- Knowledge of food preparation processes and kitchen operations is beneficial.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and teamwork mentality are essential for success in this role.

Pay: $16.50 - $20.55 per hour
