Position Overview
We are hiring a driven Territory Sales Manager to own and grow our Houston market. You will be responsible for opening new accounts, managing existing client relationships, and ensuring our products are merchandised effectively on the shelf to drive volume.
Key Responsibilities
- Grow the Territory: Identify, pitch, and close new retail and wholesale accounts across the Greater Houston area.
- Account Management: Process orders, coordinate logistics, and provide top-tier customer service to your client base.
- In-Store Merchandising: Perform necessary merchandising during visits (restocking, building displays, optimizing shelf placement) to maximize sales visibility.
- Strategic Sales: Upsell new products, push current promotions, and drive overall territory revenue.
- Field Travel: Conduct regular, daily store visits throughout the Houston market to maintain strong physical presence and occasional trips to Dallas, Austin, San Antonio.
Requirements
- 2+ years of outside B2B sales experience (Food, Beverage, or CPG industry strongly preferred).
- Bilingual proficiency in Russian and English is highly desired.
- Must be located in the Greater Houston area.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable personal vehicle, and a clean driving record.
- Proficient with CRM software and comfortable using mobile tablets for order entry.
Compensation & Benefits
Target Compensation: Uncapped Commission.
On-Target Earnings (OTE): $80,000 annualized (Average $6,000 - $7,000 per month in your first year).
