Role Overview & Impact
As a Psychotherapist, you will serve as a clinical pillar within our interdisciplinary team, leading individual and group cognitive-behavioral interventions for residential and outpatient clients. You will address the complex intersection of emotional, behavioral, and cognitive recovery, with opportunities to support our growing Medicare population.
Key Responsibilities
- Clinical Interventions: Deliver evidence-based individual and group psychotherapy, CBT, and behavioral modification strategies tailored to TBI and neuro-rehabilitation goals.
- Interdisciplinary Care: Collaborate daily with multidisciplinary clinical teams to monitor outcome data, adjust care plans, and ensure holistic client progress.
- Medicare & Clinical Documentation: Prepare accurate, timely clinical summaries, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with company and Medicare guidelines.
- Education & Advocacy: Participate in staff development programs regarding TBI behavioral strategies and specialized client advocacy.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Master’s Degree in Social Work, Clinical Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related clinical field.
- Licensure: Active, unrestricted Pennsylvania License (LSW, LCSW, LPC, or LMFT required).
- Driver’s License: Valid Driver’s License required.
- Core Competencies: Strong CBT clinical skills, effective written/verbal communication, and a team-first clinical approach.
Preferred Experience (Bonus Points!)
- Experience in post-acute rehabilitation, residential settings, or direct care with special populations (neuro/TBI preferred, but willing to train passionate candidates!).
- Background or interest in Drug & Alcohol recovery / Addiction Counseling.
- Experience with Medicare clinical documentation (especially for LCSW or LPC candidates supporting our Medicare population).
