Mont Surfaces by Mont Granite, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Representative.
Mont is a wholesale supplier of fine surfaces that is open to the general public. We supply over 400 unique surface varieties in Porcelain Slabs, Natural Stone (granite, marble, onyx, soapstone, travertine, quartzite) and Mont Engineered Surface.
Our Design Centers and Indoor Slab Showroom showcase hundreds of stunning surface selections for both residential and commercial projects, all of which are coordinated and managed through the client’s industry professional once chosen.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via phone, email and in person.
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability.
- Provide support for inside/ outside sales reps.
- Data entry in various platforms.
- Maintaining cleanliness of the showroom.
Qualifications
- At least 1 - 3 years' of relevant work experience.
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
Hours of Operation:
- Monday - Friday (8:30am - 5pm)
- One late night (Tuesday or Thursday) till 7pm
- Saturdays (9am-3pm) - on rotation (2 to 3 Saturday's on average per month)

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
