REMOTE Revenue Cycle Systems Analyst (EST)*
*While this position is fully remote, only candidates located in an EST or CST region will be considered.*
Responsibilities/ Job Duties:

Maintain and update revenue cycle and billing systems used by the Central Billing Office.

Assist with Charge Description Master (CDM) maintenance, including CPT/HCPCS and revenue code updates.

Monitor claim edits, denials, and rejections, escalating trends to senior analysts.

Provide first-level support for billing staff using revenue cycle systems.

Assist with onboarding new surgery centers, including system setup and training coordination.
-
Support payer enrollment and fee schedule maintenance.

Maintain workflow documentation, training materials, and system records.

Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) for system updates and software enhancements.
-
Track regulatory reporting deadlines and organize supporting documentation.

Support ongoing data accuracy and system quality initiatives.
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:
Experience
-
2-4 years of experience in healthcare billing, revenue cycle, healthcare IT, or a related support role.

Basic understanding of healthcare billing processes, including:

Claims

Charges
-
Payments
-
Denials
-
Comfortable learning and working with healthcare software systems.
Technical Skills

Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Outlook.

Strong computer skills and ability to troubleshoot basic software issues.

High attention to detail when reviewing or entering data.
Education

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Bachelor's degree preferred.
Schedule/Shift: Monday - Friday 8am-5pm (EST)
