Azura Direct Solutions, a sales and development firm that thinks Wi-Fi should work the first time, is hiring a Full-time Entry Level Team Member to support Quantum Fiber. The Entry Level Team Member helps customers understand their internet options because nobody should have to perform a rain dance for a decent connection. Your role involves team collaboration, customer focus, and driving enrollments with a smile.
As an Entry Level Team Member, you'll receive training on Quantum Fiber’s high‑speed solutions, customer assessment, and customer enrollment strategy. You’ll have conversations in person, helping gamers and families alike. So if a young gamer asks the Entry Level Team Member if fiber will make them better, they’ll say it won't fix their aim, but at least they can't blame the lag.
Responsibilities of the Entry Level Team Member
- Connect with customers in person through enrollment conversations that introduce Quantum Fiber’s high‑speed home internet as a practical upgrade for modern households.
- Uncover each customer’s connectivity challenges and recommend the Quantum Fiber plan that best supports streaming, remote work, and multi‑device use.
- Guide customers through a smooth enrollment process, ensuring their account details are accurate and expectations for installation are clear.
- Provide thoughtful follow‑up to confirm service satisfaction and help customers understand how to maximize their new fiber connection.
- Support team performance by sharing insights from customer enrollment interactions and coordinating customer outreach during high‑traffic windows.
- Maintain strong product knowledge by staying updated on Quantum Fiber’s latest features, promotions, and service improvements.
