Job Summary
Graphic Whizard USA Inc. is seeking an Entry Level Quality Control Technician to work out of our Tonawanda, New York facility. In this role you will be responsible for quality controlling new print finishing machines and making repairs when needed. This is a hands-on role that requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. As a team member of a small company, you will also be asked to help in other areas of the company on an as required basis.
Duties
- Quality control and repair print finishing machines in Tonawanda location
- Communicate with the factories who build our machines regarding issues found and ways to resolve them
- Assist with inventory management and communicate parts requirements for ordering
- Maintain accurate inspection and service documentation
To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:
- College degree, trade certifications, secondary education related to this field of work
- Electro-mechanical experience using a multi-meter to troubleshoot circuits and reading schematics to troubleshoot machines
- comfortable with computers and software
- Enhanced driver's license or passport
- strong mechanical aptitude and diagnostic experience
