Our Newnan branch is positioned for continued growth, and we're seeking an accomplished Operations Manager who thrives on building teams, improving performance, and delivering exceptional service. What You'll Do
As Operations Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the performance of the Newnan branch, including operations, financial results, customer satisfaction, employee development, and strategic growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership for all branch operations with full accountability for safety, quality, profitability, and customer experience.
- Lead, coach, and develop Project Managers, Estimators, Field Supervisors, Technicians, Reconstruction personnel, and administrative staff.
- Establish clear performance expectations and create a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Monitor key performance indicators including revenue, gross profit, labor efficiency, job cycle times, collections, and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee scheduling, staffing, equipment utilization, and resource planning to maximize operational efficiency.
- Review estimates, production budgets, and project costs to ensure profitable project execution.
- Partner with business development and sales teams to strengthen relationships with insurance carriers, adjusters, commercial clients, property managers, and referral partners.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational processes, increase efficiency, and enhance the customer experience.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, IICRC standards, company policies, and industry best practices.
- Lead emergency response efforts during catastrophe events and large-loss commercial projects when required.

Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in the restoration industry.
- Demonstrated success managing restoration operations, multiple crews, and high-volume project portfolios.
- Strong knowledge of water, fire, mold, storm, and reconstruction services.
- Experience managing branch financial performance, labor costs, budgets, and profitability.
- Ability to analyze operational metrics and implement strategies that improve performance.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Xactimate, DASH, Encircle, DocuSketch, T&M or similar restoration management platforms.
- IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, AMRT, FSRT, OCT, or Master certifications).
- Experience working with insurance carriers, third-party administrators (TPAs), commercial accounts, and large-loss projects.
- Background managing reconstruction operations.
