Best Western Premier Crown Chase Inn & Suites is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Weekend Night Auditor to join our team. As the overnight representative of the hotel, you'll play a vital role in guest satisfaction while ensuring daily operations are completed accurately and the hotel is prepared for a successful morning.
Primary Schedule
- Saturday Night / Sunday Morning: 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM
- Sunday Night / Monday Morning: 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM
Additional Hours Available
This position offers consistent weekend hours with opportunities to pick up additional shifts throughout the week, including:
- Morning shifts
- Evening shifts
- Additional overnight coverage
- Vacation and call-off coverage
For candidates looking to grow within hospitality, additional responsibilities and hours may become available over time.
What You'll Do
- Welcome and assist guests during overnight hours
- Perform guest check-ins and check-outs
- Complete Night Audit procedures using Visual Matrix PMS
- Answer phones, assist with reservations, and resolve guest concerns
- Set up and stock the breakfast area for morning service
- Set up meeting and event spaces according to function requirements
- Ensure the lobby and public areas are clean, organized, and guest-ready
- Prepare reports and communicate important information to the morning team
What We're Looking For
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Basic computer proficiency
- Previous hotel experience is preferred but not required
