MotorCity Supplies Inc. is looking for a Warehouse Associate/Delivery Driver. This is a full-time Monday to Friday position from 08:00AM-05:00PM. Please note that it is 95% warehouse and 5% delivery Driver.
Job description:
- Must be able to lift boxes/ other materials frequently throughout the day based on assigned deliveries.
- Ensure all orders are picked from shelves for delivery
- Assist with inventory and replenishing stock
- Assist with receiving of incoming stock and putting it away
- Assist in keeping the warehouse clean and well maintained
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts.
- Deliver products to the customer as and when required; unload and place where the customer requested it.
- Unload the truck after finishing the delivery run and clean it out (both cab and box).
- Comply with company and warehouse safety rules and practices.
- Any other job as assigned.
**Candidate must have 3 years of experience in a warehousing and transportation environment
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent professional experience
- Up to 3 years’ experience into logistics, warehouse or transportation environment
- Strong communication and inter-personal skills
- Organized and detail oriented.
- Forklift certification
- Valid chauffeur’s license
