Prestige Management Services LLC is seeking a highly reliable and detail-oriented janitorial professional to maintain a healthcare facility in Grand Rapids. This is a full-time, labor-intensive position requiring consistency, strong communication, and the ability to follow strict cleaning protocols.
Schedule and Pay
● 7:00 PM–3:00 AM or 9:00 PM-5:00 AM
● PAY: $18.00 PER HOUR + UP TO $300 IN MONTHLY PERFORMANCE BONUSES
This is a full-time, Monday-through-Friday position offering 40 hours per week. After successfully completing training, employees are eligible to earn up to $300 each month for consistent quality, reliability, accurate documentation, professional communication, and compliance with company and site procedures.
Employees who consistently meet the highest standards may earn up to an additional $3,600 per year.

Primary Responsibilities
● Perform detailed cleaning and disinfection according to established healthcare protocols
● Complete significant floor-care work, including dust mopping, wet mopping, spot cleaning, and detailed edge and corner cleaning
● Thoroughly clean laboratory processing areas and other sensitive spaces
● Clean and maintain blood-draw and procedure areas
● Remove trash and complete assigned cleaning tasks throughout the facility
● Follow written procedures, safety requirements, and site-specific protocols
● Accurately document all completed work
● Promptly communicate supply needs, facility concerns, incomplete assignments, or barriers that may prevent work from meeting the required standard

● Take responsibility for identifying and reporting problems
● Remain productive throughout the entire shift
● Be comfortable performing physically demanding work for extended periods
Physical Requirements
This is a labor-intensive position involving frequent walking, standing, bending, reaching, lifting, pushing, pulling, and repetitive cleaning motions. Applicants must be able to perform substantial floor care and remain active throughout an eight-hour shift.
Healthcare or commercial janitorial experience is helpful, but dependability, attention to detail, communication, and a commitment to meeting high standards are the most important qualifications.
