What You Will Do
Own the relationship:
- Serve as the face of VeriTrust at every client site: professional, personable, and dependable
- Provide excellent customer service and learn each client's people, preferences, and site procedures
- Answer basic service questions with confidence and connect clients to the right VeriTrust team when new needs come up
- Report field observations such as new customer needs, service concerns, and site changes through our route debrief
Own the route:
- Operate a non-CDL company vehicle safely and efficiently
- Complete assigned daily routes, including pick-ups, deliveries, and secure material transfers
- Load and unload boxes and shred bins weighing up to 70 lbs using dollies, pallet jacks, and lift-gates
- Use scanners and internal systems to track inventory, verify accuracy, and record completed stops
- Follow safety protocols, SOPs, and chain-of-custody procedures without exception
- Keep your vehicle clean and organized, and support warehouse operations when needed
What We Are Looking For
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid Texas driver's license with a clean driving record
- 1+ year of driving, delivery, or logistics experience preferred
- Strong communicator who genuinely enjoys people and builds rapport naturally
- Curious by nature: wants to understand the why behind the work, not just the what
- Ownership mindset: dependable, punctual, and proud of doing things right
- Able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 70 lbs throughout the workday
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors, standing and moving for extended periods
- Looking to build a career, not just hold a job
