What You'll Do
- Assist customers in finding the perfect luxury vehicle.
- Build lasting relationships through exceptional customer service.
- Respond to internet, phone, and showroom leads promptly.
- Conduct professional vehicle presentations and test drives.
- Follow up with customers to ensure an outstanding buying experience.
- Work with management to deliver a seamless sales process.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
We're Looking For Someone Who
- Has outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Is confident, professional, and self-motivated.
- Loves working with people and creating memorable customer experiences.
- Has a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
- Is coachable and eager to learn.
- Has previous automotive sales experience (preferred but not required for exceptional candidates).
- Possesses a valid driver's license.
