We are seeking a dedicated Part-Time Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Manage customer accounts by updating information, processing orders, and handling transactions accurately.
- Assist with inventory management by tracking stock levels, conducting manual handling when necessary, and reporting discrepancies.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using data entry and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate complex cases when appropriate.
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, organizing documentation, and managing front desk responsibilities.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to foster positive relationships with clients.
- Assist in marketing initiatives by promoting new products or services during customer interactions.
- Support store maintenance and organizational tasks to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
- Assist in process of recieveing new stock and inputting into the system.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service, retail sales, or administrative roles is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in data entry and inventory control.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; bilingual abilities are a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other technical tools used for record keeping and reporting.
- Ability to perform manual handling tasks and heavy lifting when necessary.
- Knowledge of retail math for transactions and inventory management.
- Demonstrated negotiation skills and the ability to manage sales effectively.
- Good public speaking skills for engaging with customers or presenting information.
- Ability to work flexible hours on a part-time basis while maintaining professionalism. Weekends are required.
